The lobby has beautiful historic architecture.
I encountered a strong smoke smell in my room, which was quite unpleasant. The lack of acoustic insulation made it impossible to rest, as I could hear meetings from the next room starting at 6 am. Furthermore, the bathroom had severe drainage issues. water pooled on the floor every time I took a shower, indicating the urgent need for renovations.

I had a great time staying at the Hotel Geneve. The location in Zona Rosa is fantastic, with plenty of dining options nearby. The lobby is impressively beautiful, giving off an old-world charm that makes you feel like you've stepped back in time. Ariel, the concierge, was incredibly helpful. He assisted with transportation and went out of his way to get our bus tickets. The room was cozy, though it felt a bit dated in parts. The carpets could use an upgrade, and the air conditioning wasn't very strong. However, the ambiance and friendly staff made it a memorable visit. I would definitely return despite the need for some refurbishments.

Had an amazing time with friends! We enjoyed relaxing in the private cinema room and exploring the local area. The staff was super helpful, especially Ariel, who organized our bus tickets. The hotel’s rich history and gorgeous decor made our stay even more special. Close to great places to eat and fun neighborhoods.
However, I did notice that the hotel can feel a bit dated in some areas, particularly the carpet in the hallways, which could use some updating.

Had an very nice time thanks to the staff, especially Julio who helped us set up hot air balloon rides, like really made the trip nice. The lobby felt like walking into a piece of history, can't even begin to describe how fine it was.
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive but for what we got it was totally acceptable.
