He assisted with transportation and went out of his way to get our bus tickets. The room was cozy, though it felt a bit dated in parts. The carpets could use an upgrade, and the air conditioning wasn't very strong. However, the ambiance and friendly staff made it a memorable visit. I would definitely return despite the need for some refurbishments.

Had an very nice time thanks to the staff, especially Julio who helped us set up hot air balloon rides, like really made the trip nice. The lobby felt like walking into a piece of history, can't even begin to describe how fine it was.
